Junior Achievement
We get to have Junior Acheivement in our classroom! Today the students learned about various jobs. They also got to give clues to get another student to guess what job it was that was on a sheet of paper held over their head. Then they each got to each think of a job they can do at home to help out, such as cleaning the windows, water plants, or cleaning up the table after eating.

Landforms
Stop in and see our LANDFORM dinosaurs:-) We completed our study of LANDFORMS a few weeks ago and completed a project to show what we learned:-) The picture is a FUN way to help the kids remember the different landforms we studies. Check them out in our hallway! Happy Friday!
Junior Achievement
We started Junior Achievement recently! Junior Achievement is a program where a volunteer, from our community, comes into our classroom to teach 5 lessons on basic economics! Our lesson today was on NEEDS vs. WANTS. Our volunteer is a student from KIEL HS!!! Ms. Klauck:-)
| Ms. Klauck is giving examples of things and the students had to show NEED or WANT |

Earth Day
We started today with the Dr. Seuss story THE LORAX. We discussed ways to reduce, reuse, and recycle and how we can help keep the Earth clean. We then decorated grocery store bags from Piggly Wiggly to remind customers of EARTH DAY!

Fairy Tales
This week we have been learning about the characteristics of fairy tales. So far we looked at Rumpelstiltskin, Cinderella, and Goldilocks and the Three Bears. The two pictures below show what we have learned. When you read fairy tales at home you can ask your child about these things.
